Terms and condition

1. Promotion Overview

• Existing students (“Referrers“) can earn free lesson credits by referring new students (“Referees“) to the centre.
• Reward Structure:
  • Term 1: 1 free lesson discount
  • Term 2: 1 free lesson discount
  • Term 3: 2 free lessons discount
• Rewards are credited term-by-term after the Referee’s payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility

For Referrers:

• Must be an active, enrolled student at the time of referral.
• Cannot refer immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings) unless approved by management.
• Staff members and their families are not eligible for rewards.

For Referees:

• Must be a first-time student with no prior enrollments (trial classes excluded).
• Must purchase a minimum package (e.g., 10 lessons) to qualify the referral.
• Must complete registration and attend at least one paid lesson before rewards are issued.

3. Referral Process

• Referrers must ensure their name is provided by the Referee at registration.
• No retroactive claims—referrals must be declared before the Referee’s first payment.
• The centre will notify the Referrer via email once the referral is validated.

4. Reward Redemption

• Free lessons are applied as discounts to the next term’s invoice.
• Unused credits expire after 6 months (adjustable per your policy).
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

• One reward per Referee (multiple Referrers cannot claim the same Referee).
• Self-referrals (using alternate emails/accounts) are fraudulent and result in disqualification.
• The centre reserves the right to audit referrals and revoke rewards if terms are violated.

6. Program Modifications

• The centre may change, suspend, or end the program without prior notice.
• Existing validated referrals will still be honored if the program ends.
